Why can't I edit my comments?

I tried to edit one of my comments but there is no option. I think it's a glitch. Please check it.

There will be an edit lock after certain time to prevent spam. The time ranges from 15 mins to 2 hours depending on your membership level. You can ignore minor errors, but if you want to correct something, please report the post so that moderators can take action.
